All listed prices are not inclusive of the prevailing GST. - Cleaning and Room Condition
Cleaning fees may apply if the room is not returned in good condition. - Hourly Booking
Hourly bookings are subject to a minimum booking duration of 3 hours. - Exceeding Booked Timing
The room must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked rental period. Any usage beyond the booked timing may incur additional charges at the prevailing hourly rental rate.
