The Role
Estate planning is a subject most people avoid thinking about. Our marketing must make it approachable without making it trivial — warm, clear, never pressured. You will sit in the Business Transformation & Strategy team and work across the whole marketing cycle: shaping campaign concepts, briefing designers, running events, and reporting on what the campaigns and the sales incentives produced.
This is not a design role and it is not a pure content role — it is the person who turns a business objective into a campaign and then tells us whether it worked.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content
- Help conceptualise marketing strategies, campaign concepts and go-to-market approaches.
- Develop the concept and copy direction for marketing collateral, and brief and review designers against it.
- Tell the firm’s story clearly across channels — for families considering their own planning, and for the advisers and partners who introduce them.
- Maintain a consistent tone across campaigns: warm, concise and never pressured.
Data & Reporting
- Compile and analyse statistics to shape campaign design and targeting.
- Produce regular reporting on sales results and support incentives management.
- Track campaign performance and report on what worked, what did not, and what to change.
Events & Project Management
- Plan and run marketing events, seminars and workshops end to end — logistics, collateral, run sheet and follow-up.
- Manage marketing projects to timeline and budget, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
Systems & Stakeholders
- Operate and maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Brevo.
- Maintain marketing lists, segmentation and campaign data in line with PDPA requirements.
- Work across business units — estate planning, trusts, estate administration, the adviser network and Precepts Academy — to gather input and align messaging.
What You Will Need
Essential
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong storytelling and writing ability, in plain language rather than jargon.
- Sound understanding of how marketing collateral is conceived and briefed. Design execution is not required.
- Comfortable working with numbers — able to build a report, read a campaign result and draw a conclusion from it.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Able to manage several workstreams independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Confident dealing with stakeholders across different business units and seniority levels.
Advantageous
- Experience marketing a regulated financial, legal or professional service.
- Familiarity with PDPA as it applies to marketing communications and consent.
- Experience supporting a sales force or adviser network, including incentive reporting.
- Working knowledge of Canva, the Adobe suite or similar, sufficient to make light edits without a designer.
- Ability to write or adapt copy in Mandarin, in order to reach Mandarin-speaking families.
How You Work
- Self-directed — this is a small team, and the work moves because you move it.
- Comfortable holding a deadline while three business units send you changes.
- Curious about results, not just output.
- Sensitive to subject matter. We market to people thinking about death, incapacity and their families; tone matters more here than in most marketing roles.
What We Offer
- Breadth: campaigns, events, data and systems in one role, rather than one narrow slice of the funnel.
- Direct exposure to senior management through the Business Transformation & Strategy team.
- Ownership of campaigns end to end, with visible results.
- Medical and dental benefits upon confirmation.
- Annual salary review and performance-based bonus.
- Professional development and ongoing training.
Work Arrangements
- Central (Tanjong Pagar), with occasional evening or weekend work around events.
- 5-day work week.
