We are dedicated to provide comprehensive planning and solutions for wealth distribution, wealth succession, estate administration for individuals and families.
Terrence has more than 30 years of experience in developing businesses and identifying market opportunities. Specific areas of expertise include trustee management, philanthropic advocacy and financial advisory. He sits on the boards of Singapore and Malaysian corporations.
Terrence’s philanthropic work include helming UK’s Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Singapore office, and The Community Foundation of Singapore. He sits on charity boards that look at issues relating to persons with special needs, the elderly, teens, education.
Terrence’s specific management skill sets include: Business development, strategic oversight and HR management, trustee and custodial work, education, charity programme development, philanthropic advisory, NGO/SME management, investment management.
Lee Chiwi serves as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of PreceptsGroup, having stepped down as Chief Executive Officer on 31st December 2025.
During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Lee played a pivotal role in expanding PreceptsGroup’s services, strengthening its governance framework, and establishing the firm as a trusted leader in the estate planning industry. In his new role, he continues to provide strategic oversight and guidance to support the Group’s long-term direction.
He was called to the Bar of & Wales as a Barrister-at-Law in 1986 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore in 1988. He worked in various law firms in Singapore for some 16 years focused in the areas of corporate, funds and private client work. He was appointed Chief Executive of British and Malayan Trustees Limited, then a public listed trust company from 2006 to 2007.
In 2008, he joined the Rockwills Group in Singapore as Chief Executive to spearhead Rockwills’ business in Estate Planning, Wills, and Trusts. In 2019, in a management buy- out of Rockwills Singapore, he became its substantial owner and the group was renamed as the PreceptsGroup. He is a TEP member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and was Chairman of the Singapore STEP Branch (2014/15). He was also designated ChT (Chartered Trustee) by the Singapore Trustees Association in 2015, a title borne only by senior trust practitioners in Singapore.
Chiwi is the author of various books including “PreceptsGroup Succession and Trusts in Wealth Management”, 4th Edition, 2021; and “Drafting of Trusts and Will Trusts”, with James Kessler Q.C., 2nd edition, 2015. He has been invited to speak at many forums, including organizers such as STEP, FPAS, CFA Society Singapore, the IBF and given training on trust structures to tax officers at the Inland Revenue. He was an adjunct faculty with the Singapore Management University, lecturing in the MSc Program in Wealth Management, (Estate Planning and Tax).
Leong Mun Kid serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PreceptsGroup, effective 1 January 2026. Prior to this appointment, he was the Deputy CEO, overseeing business development, operations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
Mun Kid believes strongly in the value of his people. He sees each staff member as an essential piece of a larger puzzle—each unique in strength and purpose. When brought together, these pieces form the complete and meaningful artwork that defines PreceptsGroup.
Under his leadership, the Group will focus on enhancing internal processes and service delivery, strengthening operational efficiency, and expanding its estate planning solutions to meet the needs of a growing market.
He leads with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and building a future-ready organisation.
Jaclyn is well recognised professionally with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and fiduciary service industry. She has a wealth of knowledge and familiarity across many jurisdictions and have helped clients from multi-industries such as in trading, consulting, retail and investments and holding companies.
In addition to her industry experience, Ms. Choon’s professional credentials include the Institute of Banking and Finance Qualified (IBFQ) and the Wealth Management Institute’s Certificate in Trust Administration. She is also an affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and an Associate of Estate Planning Practitioner® (AEPP®).
As Director of Precepts Trustee, Ms. Choon was instrumental in building up the organisation’s corporate secretarial and trust services. With a strong business acumen, she can quickly understand clients’ various business requirements and provide customised business and personal solutions to suit their needs. Over the years, Ms. Choon has serviced thousands of satisfied clients from all over the world, providing both incorporation and administration services relating to companies incorporated in Singapore, Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands and many other offshore companies.
