PreceptsGroup Leadership Transition from 1st January 2026
Mr. Lee Chiwi will step down as Chief Executive Officer after years of dedicated leadership. Under his stewardship, PreceptsGroup strengthened its core services, broadened its capabilities, and continued to uphold the highest standards in estate and legacy planning. He will continue to support the organisation as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, guiding the Group’s long-term direction.
Succeeding him is Mr. Leong Mun Kid, who will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Previously serving as Deputy CEO, Mr. Leong has been instrumental in elevating operational excellence, developing new service initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
Under Mr. Leong’s leadership, PreceptsGroup will place greater emphasis on enhancing internal processes, improving efficiency across its operations, and expanding its estate planning solutions to better serve the needs of a growing and evolving market.
Mr. Leong shared, “Each member of our team brings something unique. Like puzzle pieces forming a larger artwork, it is the combination of our individual strengths that defines PreceptsGroup. As we move forward, our focus will be on strengthening our processes and expanding our solutions to meet Singapore’s rising demand for comprehensive estate planning.”
This transition reflects the Group’s commitment to continuity, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Farewell Message from outgoing CEO, Mr Lee Chiwi
As I prepare to step down as Chief Executive Officer at the end of this year, I find myself reflecting on the journey that we have taken together. PreceptsGroup has been more than just an organisation to me, it has been a community of people who care deeply about the families we serve and the legacies we help preserve. I am grateful for every colleague, ESP, client, and partner who has walked this path with us. Your dedication and belief in our mission have shaped PreceptsGroup into what it is today.
While I will be moving into my new role as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, my connection to PreceptsGroup remains deeply personal. I look forward to supporting the organisation from a different vantage point, and to continue contributing to the vision we have built together. The work we do carries real meaning. Seeing how it has impacted families across generations has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career.
I am confident that the future of PreceptsGroup is in steady and capable hands. Leong Mun Kid will succeed me as the new Chief Executive Officer. He brings with him not only experience and leadership, but also heart, a quality essential in the trust and estate planning profession. I hope you will extend to him the same support and camaraderie you have shown me over the years. Thank you, sincerely, for the trust, partnership, and warmth you have given me throughout this journey. It has been an honour to grow alongside all of you.
