Terms & Conditions for the Preferential Rates:

A paid deposit with a signed Letter of Engagement must be completed by 31 October 2025. (Inclusive of GST)
- Basic Will: $327
- Comprehensive Will : $1,002.80
- Trust Setup: $3,000
- Deposit(s) for other service(s) to be confirmed during your appointment.
Any balance due on top of the deposit paid above must be paid upon signing of your Will/Trust/LPA documents.
All services taken up on the preferential rates must be signed and completed by 31 December 2025.

PAYMENT FOR LPA / AMD:

Payment will be collected by PreceptsGroup as part of the service arrangement with our service provider on the scheduled LPA Certification date. (Inclusive of GST)
- LPA Form 1: $27.25 (U.P. $54.50)
- AMD: $27.25 (U.P. $54.50)
Cash/cheque will not be accepted.
