Kim obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates & Solicitors, Supreme Court, Singapore on 16th March 1988.

​She worked at four law firms before she finally decided to set up her own firm and practice in January 2004.

Kim handles civil and criminal litigation, corporate solicitor’s work, intellectual property and trademark matters as well as contentious and non-contentious family and probate matters.
