By registering for the Public Forum, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Photography & Videography
Photos and videos will be taken during the event for documentation, publicity, and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. - Pre-registration
Attendees are encouraged to complete registration in advance. Walk-ins will strictly be on a first-come-first-serve basis. - Entry Requirement
Proof of registration (e.g., confirmation email or e-ticket) must be presented at the entrance of the talk room. Please have it ready for verification. - Waiting Protocol
As we are running back-to-back sessions, entry to each hall will only begin 10 minutes before the scheduled talk. Kindly wait patiently outside the hall until the doors open. - Seating is First-Come, First-Served
Entry to talks is based on seating availability. Pre-registration does not guarantee a seat if you arrive late.
