Community Foundation of Singapore
Lilian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving strategic partnerships, marketing, and communications across both the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), Lilian champions the organisation’s mission to foster impactful and sustainable giving, strengthening Singapore’s philanthropic ecosystem through collaboration.
Prior to her position at CFS, Lilian served as the National Director at World Vision Singapore for six years, where she led transformative initiatives to address the root causes of poverty and injustice.
